So I’ve kind of played with Window Blinds in the past and lost interest. However, recently I’ve been intriuged with getting rid of my nasty XP theme and play changing it to something else.
Doing a little of reading, you can patch the .dll in Windows XP to allow theme changes to actually work

Ok, so I have a bone to pick with the average person who is currently trying to sell their house. Its time to get realistic.
Your going to have little success selling your house for 10-20% more then you payed for it a year or too ago. If you really need to sell it, be aware your value has dropped 18% in a 1 year period (http://money.cnn.com/2009/02/24/real_estate/Case_Shiller_December/?postversion=2009022411)
I can’t even count how many houses that we’ve went and looked at which have had unrealistic prices. If your seriously looking at selling your house right now, you should price it accordingly. The economy is not some kind of sick joke and there are very few fools who are going to pay more then your house is worth, including myself. This is especially true while these values continue to fall.
Yeah, it’s crappy your house is worth less now. Get serious about selling if its actually what you want or need to do.
